This is a shame to the country and the bank. There is no usability. The interaction design is poor. The app design and images are poor. And the ratings are clearly fake.

Please use a native application for iOS instead of using something like a website inside an application. Also you have to make application more beautiful using iOS 9 design style.

This application jams a lot and cannot be used without my cell phone having an active network which is very inconvenient during traveling abroad. Most apps depend on wifi only. But this one sends the password as an sms to my phone. Please consider making something more travel friendly.

It is always crashing

This app has undergone under the hood improvements since it was launched.. Still a bit slow, and not very user friendly; but an effective mobile banking app.

I dont need to visit the bank ever again.

Nice application. But the last update it need to fix some issues.

The app is more than great, but its only one thing I think its need to update and thats it the UI user interface its come bigger and stretched in iPhone 6 Plus and its need redesign to come fit with most of different screens sizes.
